SHIPPING POLICY Thank you for shopping at GaviPitch Store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local US holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to major tournament events, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer 100% FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders delivered within the United States.
Shipping Destination: United States only.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing.
Shipping Method: Standard local US carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx via our local production facilities).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damages & Issues
GaviPitch Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier confirms successful delivery. If you received your order damaged or with printing defects, please contact our support team immediately at fjgroup@gavipitchusa.com with photos of the product so we can arrange a free replacement.
